NAME: Rei Ayanami OTHER NAMES: The First, First Children, "Wonder Girl". AGE: 14 (when this girl was born is triple the mystery to me...) APPEARANCE: Albino (pale blue hair, red eyes, pale skin), school uniform (green pinafore and white shirt), plug suit (white and orange) CHARACTER SUMMATION: Hmm, what character? Rei is pretty much 'gloominess personified' and doesn't express feelings period. She's virtually the definition of silence too, but her EVA-piloting skills make up for her inhuman behaviour. Her records were wiped, but she is apparently the third version of a clone. Later on in the series, she is less of a stranger to Shinji as they defeat more Angels and has a relationship with the Commander, which Shinji fails to understand. PERSONALITY: *sigh* What a difficult character Rei is... She is emotionless like most of the anime characters encountered in mecha anime (eg. Heero Yuy in 'Gundam Wing', maybe Zor Prime from 'Robotech', to name a few...), and seems up for anything, regardless of the fact that it may involve losing her life (she doesn't need to worry, after all, she's a clone). She is distant and rather attractive due to the obvious pretty looks and the intensity of her red stare. Suitable substitute for your imaginary friend.

SPANISH VA: Girce Luna (Actually haven't heard the Spanish version yet.) FRENCH VA: Stephanie Lafforgue (Timid and a little too high for the Rei I imagined. Good all the same.)
